【 About the role 】
Are you passionate about e-commerce and want to dive into the dynamic world of digital marketing across multiple European markets? We are seeking a motivated working student to join our Furbo team and support our operations on Amazon. This role will allow you to work alongside the EU Digital Marketing Director, covering not just the German market but also other key European countries. 【 Your Res-paw-nsibilities 】
- Assist with daily operational tasks on Amazon, such as listing optimization, keyword research, and managing promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights to improve conversion rates and visibility.
- Keep up with constant platform updates and changes on Amazon, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and find the root cause of any issues that arise, ensuring the right solutions are implemented quickly.
- Proactively reach out to the appropriate contacts for help, whether internally within the team or externally with platform support, to resolve problems efficiently.
- Support in handling inventory management and logistics coordination to ensure products are available on the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our brand goals.
【 Who you are 】
- You major in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, currently enrolled at a university in Munich or nearby.
- You are a strong problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding effective solutions on evolving platforms like Amazon.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and staying on top of constant updates.
- You are proactive in seeking help when needed, reaching out to the right internal or external contacts to resolve issues efficiently.
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You have an enormous passion for furbabies!
- You are able to commute to Munich office 1-2 times per week
- You can commit 20 hours per week for this role
