The RealReal is looking for an Employer Branding Manager to develop, elevate, and share our talent brand. As The RealReal grows into 2022 and beyond, attracting incredible talent for both volume and niche roles is key to our outcomes. In this role, you will drive our employer brand affinity. You will own the design, development, deployment, and optimization of our social media platforms and events strategies as well as create and manage ongoing nurture and engagement strategies and campaigns. You will share the story through our various channels that engage people with The RealReal as the employer of choice.

  • Design, develop, socialize and evangelize The RealReal employee value proposition in partnership with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leadership, marketing, creative, communications and business unit leaders
  • Ensure The RealReal values, ERGs, social initiatives, and culture are highlighted to a diverse set of candidates
  • Manage and maximize the impact of our social media sites including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and others
  • Drive campaigns to have The RealReal considered as a premier employer through Best Places to Work Campaigns 
  • Design, prototype, and manage the build out of The RealReal career page
  • Build and demonstrate success using data and associated KPIs that result in enhanced, targeted, and diverse candidate attraction
  • Understand and grow alternative outreach tactics including organic and paid advertising, candidate associations, platforms, and more
  • Create rich and continuous content highlighting the compelling aspects of life at The RealReal (TRR) including brand videos, static collateral, marketing copy, digital assets, industry blogs, and more
  • Create and drive a segmented marketing strategy that highlights TRR values and value proposition for a varied candidate base ranging from software engineers to operations employees
  • Support and manage recruiting events strategy, both virtual and in-person for, cultural, industry, and functional audiences
  • Leverage and influence our candidate experience through survey and employee engagement survey data
  • Participate in our culture feedback loop, ensuring our people team and business leaders are equipped to shape great experiences at The RealReal

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3+ Experience in Tech, Luxury and/or Volume Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding/Talent Brand Marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and use data and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create static and rich media content as well as create story lines and associated copy (available portfolio a plus)
  • Experience managing long-horizon projects with multiple stakeholders
