STUDIOS Architecture is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Washington DC Office to focus on government-sector workplace projects. You are collaborative by nature and enjoy both teaching and learning from others. You are a good communicator who builds strong relationships with team members while balancing the demands of multiple projects at various stages of development. You are passionate about the impact of design on people’s lives and have an interest in building performance, technology, and sustainability in design and construction.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required
10+ years of work experience in all project phases at an architecture or interior design firm with workplace-focused or government experience
Licensure preferred but not required
LEED accreditation preferred but not required
Shepherd and manage whole architectural projects from beginning to end
Develop relationships with and manage clients
Coordinate project teams to meet production deadlines and deliverables
Provide technical, administrative and design stewardship to project teams
Support business development efforts and coordinate proposal teams
Ensure project teams follow firm-wide standards for documentation and quality control
Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design
Exceptional written and oral communication
Preference given to candidates who are Revit proficient
