The Customer Support role requires confidence in the ability to multi-task and speak to a wide demographic of people from across the country. Specific activities include but are not limited to the following:
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to customer service inquiries for issues such as troubleshooting, installation, or product usage questions
- Process orders and special shipments such as replacement parts
- Achieve first-call resolutions while always maintaining a friendly, patient demeanor over the phone with our customers
- Communicate with exemplary interpersonal skills in the workplace
- Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software is critical
- Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment

Pay Rate: Hourly, $15.00
**We are currently hiring for two shifts:
Office hours - 9am-6pm, MUST have 7-day week availability. This is a rotating schedule and requires working weekends.
Later hours - 3pm-Midnight, MUST have 7-day week availability. This is a rotating schedule and requires working weekends.
