The Customer Retention Specialist role requires the ability to multi-task and speak to a wide demographic of people from across the country. If you are incentive-driven, persistent, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this could be a perfect fit for you!
Specific activities include but are not limited to the following:
Offer solutions/educate our customers on the value of our products and services via phone
Achieve and provide exceptional customer service while always maintaining a friendly, patient demeanor
Communicate with exemplary interpersonal skills in the workplace
Take and apply feedback from coaches and leaders to continuously improve performance
Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software is critical
Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment
Requires the ability to follow direction and expertly address any customer concerns

Pay Rate: Hourly, $15.00 with uncapped earning potential through incentive pay
**We are currently hiring for two shifts:
9:00am-6:00pm, must have availability 7 days/week. This is a 5 day work week on a rotating schedule, so weekend availability is required.
3:00pm-midnight, must have availability 7 days/week. This is a 5 day work week on a rotating schedule, so weekend availability is required.
