The Job...

Is to bring our brand to life across social platforms. To create and execute social content that makes people fall in love with us. Content that is constantly increasing our followers and engagement.  You’ll be the person who builds a strategic path for who our brand is on social and how we behave. You’ll be the person who has the vision, the plan for the type of content that can bring it all to life.

You’ll be the go to expert in social, and bring your expertise to our in-house creative agency to collaborate with them to make exceptional social content. Then you’ll put on your analyst cap to identify what worked, what didn’t, and bring those insights back to the creative team.

Are a social (media) butterfly! You Love social media and know how it all works and what makes for “good content.” You know how to make entertaining social content that also supports brand growth and impact.

You are extremely savvy in the social media world and experienced with all of the latest digital technologies and tracking tools.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business (and creative) goals

  • Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original content, photos, videos and news)

  • Spearhead an Influencer program: Drive engagement with new and existing social media influencers

  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research best ways to increase traffic

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends

Work with social media managers to:

  • Communicate with followers, respond to messages in a timely manner and engage with users on a daily basis

  • Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience at an agency or consumer business
