As a Solutions Engineer in México, you will help assist Sales win new business. You will design best in class solutions while demonstrating integrity and understanding the respect and the responsibility that this role carries, not only for our merchants, but also for Signifyd. You will be an important advisor in the region for internal and external stakeholders and report to the Director of LATAM/EMEA Implementations and Sales Engineering.

You will work with groups within Signifyd, to improve the tools and content to promote faster and more successful sales cycles, happier customers, better products, and smooth handovers to implementations. You will be someone that Sales can rely on to provide insights for the region.

We will be there to support you and help you to perform. By the time you're six months in, it will be second nature.

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical discussions on integration, APIs, eCommerce plugins & extensions
  • Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires
  • Document customer expectations and order flows, so everyone knows what's going to happen after that customer signs
  • Develop training and educational assistance to new employees, new partners and new customers
  • Conduct research surrounding new solutions and unique integration scenarios
  • Research and provide fraud insights for México. These insights will be shared with the sales and implementations team
  • Demonstrate Signifyd products and capabilities to partners and customers
  • Project manage pilot activities
  • Deploy our newest technology, working with marketing, sales, customer success and risk services to create the necessary processes and go-to-market material
  • Understand the market complexities that comes with legislation requirements
  • Analyze metrics for ROI enablement

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Spanish and English
  • Background in eCommerce, financial/payment systems, or fraud mitigation
  • 2+ years in previous Technical Pre-Sales or Implementation roles
  • Experience with JSON, APIs, PHP or other web, programming, scripting tools
  • Passion for sales and bringing in new business - Prior experience with enterprise desired
  • Strengths and experience in pre and post-sales environments
  • Ability to examine complex situations, develop associated action plans and guide peers towards achieving important goals
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized (time tracking, juggling multiple tasks, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation skills (Keynote, Google Slides, MS PowerPoint, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, editing, follow-through, follow-up, etc.)
  • Commercial and risk understanding
  • Strong technology tool skills (Acrobat, MS Office, Google Suite, Vizio, LucidChart, Confluence, Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills (coordinating, project management, resource management, delegation, follow-through, etc.)
  • Enjoy/Willingness to travel (30%)
