Digital Advertising Traffic Coordinator 

The Digital Advertising Traffic Coordinator will build and manage digital ad campaigns, and work closely with our Ad Operations and marketing teams to drive revenue.  They will focus on the set-up of the digital ad campaigns, and will track the progress of these digital campaigns, manage bids and budgets, and optimize campaigns for conversions.  Ideally, this individual will have a high-level of energy and a strong ability to multitask, being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collect digital advertising materials, including graphics, click URLs, code, client tags and other client assets
  • Conduct quality assessments of client-supplied tags and assets
  • Place, target and schedule ad campaigns meeting technical specifications
  • Manage and monitor ad progress to both internal and external clients
  • Analyze and optimize campaign progress
  • Prepare weekly forecasts, respond to forecast requests, and maintain Roadblock calendars
  • Track 3rd party reporting to manage pacing and monitor discrepancies
  • Pull reporting from various 3rd party platforms to monitor campaign delivery and can account for third party discrepancies
  • Proactively investigate delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.
  • Conduct quality assessments of program set up, bookings, and revisions in ad server (DFP)
  • Traffic and QA campaigns/creatives across desktop, mobile, tablet, and video

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year in digital marketing or sales operations, with experience managing many active accounts simultaneously
  • Strong, recent experience with DFP is required
  • Strong knowledge of Google Adwords, DFP, and other platforms
  • Advanced technical skills, including analyzing HTTP and VAST requests
  • HTML/CSS and JavaScript experience a strong plus
  • Familiarity with 3rd party rich media vendors a must
  • Knowledge of standard online marketing and advertising terms and concepts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
