We are looking for an excellent Operations & People Manager to help us with day-to-day operations and develop the best HR practices and processes across all areas: operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, internal communications and office management.
This role requires some fearlessness with small-teamed and openness to wear multiple hats.

As our Operations & People Manager at QIScapital, you will:
- Drive and manage company operations and HR-related projects.
- Examples operational projects include: office and workplace projects, setting up and managing processes for service providers including lawyers and accountants.
- Examples HR-related projects include: benefits, insurance, culture, payroll, bonus, expenses processing, visas and work permits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, workshops, team retreats.
- Dream-up and implement initiatives that make QIS an amazing place to work.
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the leadership team.
What you will need:
- 5-7 years in Operations and PeopleOps experience.
- Exceptional project management and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, in Thai and English.
- A proven track record of recruiting, building and maintaining teams.
- Preferred experience in tech/fintech industries.
