ScienceLogic is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Strategic Programs team.  This individual will shape the future for internal proprietary tools which are integral to ScienceLogic’s success.  The Program Manager will work with stakeholders across the business to include Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.  Strong analytical, business, and technical acumen is required to deliver key business outcomes.  Understanding that success comes from people, process, and technology, this individual will propose and implement ongoing improvements to eliminate pain points.

The Strategic Programs team manages a portfolio of high profile, cross-functional, business impacting initiatives.  These initiatives are tied to key Strategic Objectives identified by the executive management team to include ongoing multi-year strategic initiatives across ScienceLogic.


What you’ll be doing…


  • Provide data governance and ensure data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization for specific internal tools
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security
  • Develop project schedules and budgets
  • Design, implement, and communicate operational plans
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data management and identify opportunities for improving data management processes
  • Lead stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate into detailed business requirements and user stories
  • Manage the integration roadmap and develop recommendations for improvements to address identified business challenges
  • Conduct user research and contribute to the software design planning
  • Define and monitor success metrics
  • Prepare and present progress reports to executive and management level internal stakeholders


Qualities you possess…


  • Ability to balance technical and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of software program and data management experience with evidence of successful project implementation
  • Experience with MySQL or similar database management systems 
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent business analytics solutions
  • Strong relationship building, teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Quick learner with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver excellent results
  • PMP Certification desired
  • Experience with software design preferred
