What you’ll be doing…

As the lead for service provider marketing, you will work closely with ScienceLogic field teams and our service provider partners to deliver content and differentiated messaging for our growing portfolio. You’ll work with field teams to articulate our value as a leading AIOps platform and with service providers to articulate how they can leverage ScienceLogic to eliminate business risks for a range of IT ecosystems.

  • Portfolio knowledge: Understand the value ScienceLogic’s portfolio of products and services deliver to service providers and their end users. Understanding observability, AIOps and ITSM is critical.
  • To’ service provider marketing: Work with sales, product, services and pricing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and value oriented messaging that align to top SP needs.
  • ‘Through’ service provider marketing: Work with sales and marketing to create or repurpose content that SPs can use to position solutions powered and protected by ScienceLogic.
  • Market knowledge: Collaborate with product, competitive and sales team to understand trends driving SP adoption of AI and automation, and how we can use that to drive opportunities.
  • Digital content creation: Support the continual update of our presence on ScienceLogic.com and, as appropriate, service provider sites to ensure we are differentiated positioning is always up to date.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external 3rd party resources (including partners and agencies) to achieve a balanced and shared work effort timely delivery of content.

 

Qualities you possess…

  • College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Partner Marketing or related marketing discipline at a B2B technology organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting
  • Understanding of the observability and AIOps market and trends
  • Proven experience in creating compelling messaging to, through and with service providers
  • Excellent market research skills and a passion for communicating the voice of the customer
  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and communicate the rationale to stakeholders
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to craft compelling stories and collateral for a range of buyers, both business and technical
  • Experienced user of PowerPoint for design creation
