OVERVIEW

Account Coordinators are collaborative team members, committed to supporting the team and brand partner as required. The Account Coordinator works closely with the account lead at The Kitchen to manage day-to-day operations, oversee productions, and manage campaigns for multiple Kraft Heinz brands.

To be a successful Account Coordinator, you should be proactive, positive, and possess exceptional communication skills. You’re organized, passionate, a natural leader, problem solver, and quick-thinker.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Act as the central communicator between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate projects from development to execution with guidance from the account lead.
  • Build project timelines and schedule meetings accordingly.
  • Lead internal meetings that focus on project planning and overall execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative) to ensure program needs are met.
  • Support the account lead with coordinating larger activations.
  • Keep your manager informed and updated on a regular basis.
  • General understanding of budgets, cost tracking, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Experience in the advertising/marketing industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task.

NOTE: This is currently a hybrid work opportunity with 2 days in-office required.
