What you bring

  • Proven experience and track record in Talent Operations, Talent Coordination, or Candidate Experience function. Further experience in globally distributed tech, scaling company is considered a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive in leveraging new tools and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics, deep understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics.
  • A keen interest and proven experience in automating and scaling Talent operations and processes.
  • Always thrives to create great Candidate Experience.
  • Experience in taking full ownership of all Recruiting Excellence processes and initiatives from ideation to completion, including cross-functional projects.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced, scaling and ever-changing environment.
  • Incredible organizational skills and highly focused on detail and excellence.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Previous experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) is considered a plus.
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Work highly effectively to ensure Remote’s talent scaling needs are matched, and in particular support Engineering, Product Design, Product, GTM, Operations, and G&A departments hiring needs for 6 months according to Remote’s 2024 hiring plan.
  • Directly responsible for creating the best Candidate experience & hiring process in the world by continuously improving every stage of the process for all Candidates and Hires that engage with Remote.
  • Collaborate and partner with Talent Acquisition (Recruiting Excellence, Recruiters, Talent Sourcers, and Hiring Managers) and other teams (Data, IT, Automations) to analyse trends, bring automations, dig deeper into data, identify gaps, and ultimately propose solutions, strategies, and new processes.
  • Own reporting for the Recruiting Excellence team, organise & consolidate data and share valuable data insights and help the Talent Acquisition team report on the success metrics.
  • Own Recruiting Excellence Service Desk (Zendesk) ticketing in their time zone with a primary focus on high-priority requests.
  • Maintain and optimise Greenhouse (ATS) and other platforms the Talent Acquisition team works on daily.
  • Take initiative on Recruiting Excellence and/or cross-functional projects and full ownership of Recruiting Excellence tasks, processes and initiatives from ideation to completion.
  • Actively participate, initiate and give input in the evaluation of new Talent Acquisition tools and platforms.
  • Focus on enabling all Talent Acquisition team members to provide the best candidate experience and embody Remote values in their day-to-day work.

At first glance, our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote, we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $27,700 USD to $62,300 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
