Job Summary: 

We are looking for someone to join the IT Support & Operations team for our Reltio Bangalore office. As an Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer,  you are responsible for providing a broad range of technical support and implementation for IT infrastructure and services including network, telecom, office security, audio/video, and more . You will configure, install, and maintain hardware and infrastructure systems, software programs, and assist with upgrades and integrations. Provide repair and troubleshooting support, which may be performed onsite or remotely using virtual meetings. Research current offerings and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and services. You will contribute to the assessment and documentation of IT processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure

  • Build, support, and sustain the internal IT corporate IT infrastructure at Reltio:, including:
    • Network equipment and services
    • Physical office security systems and cameras
    • Audio/Video systems and conference rooms
    • Telephony services
  • Perform daily operations duties (configuration, monitoring, patching, and upgrading infrastructure).
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems as they arise
  • Manage physical security card access for employees and guests in Reltio offices 
  • Support Audio/Video systems for office conference rooms and all hands meeting events 
  • Work with infrastructure vendors for onsite and remote work at Reltio offices. 
  • Availability for on call support

IT Support

  • Provide employee technical support in the India office and other regions
  • Triage IT related questions and troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise
  • Receive, process and resolve tickets from the IT ticketing system
  • Onboarding of new hires computers, accounts, and systems access
  • Support Weekly IT Onboarding Sessions for new hires
  • Offboard employees and contractors leaving the company
  • Identity management including password resets and lockout.
  • Respond to requests for access to various company applications and systems
  • Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
  • Support for office equipment including printers
  • Contribute content to the IT knowledge base
  • Work with IT vendors to receive, inventory, and distribute IT equipment
  • Support of IT’s remote access solutions (VDI)
  • Provide technical support over Slack, Zoom or other Web tools

Skills You Must Have: 

  • An associate degree in a computer science, network engineering,  or other information technology field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure and  IT support services
  • Experience with telecom systems
  • Cisco CCNA or Meraki network certifications 
  • Working knowledge on security card access systems and IP cameras (CCTV’s)
  • Experience supporting audio video systems 
  • Technical knowledge working with IT MSP’s (managed service providers)
  • Experience with monitoring systems

IT Infrastructure

  • Experience with Cisco Meraki switches, WAP’s, and Firewalls for office LAN environments
  • Strong network and infrastructure problem-solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of ISP’s and Internet circuit installation, operation and vendor management (e.g. outage escalations)
  • Knowledge of office building IT server room office setup and configurations (racks, power, cooling).
  • Experience with physical security card access systems
  • Working knowledge of IP cameras and CCTV systems for office environments 

IT Support

  • Excellent  troubleshooting skills with both Windows and Mac devices
  • Experience with collaboration suits and identity management products and applications
  • Working knowledge with IT Service Desk ticketing systems 
  • Must be an excellent learner and self-driven 
  • Ability to work well with others while being able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical thinking mindset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Being flexible and open to change
  • Ability to use own judgment to make decisions
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
