We’re hiring a Marketing Intern for Summer 2024.

With proven product-market fit and a user-centric design that addresses genuine customer pain points, we are adding a marketing intern for the summer to support and drive our remarkable growth.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill VoIP app; we've achieved proven product-market fit with a user experience that solves real-world customer pain and unlocks new capabilities for them through our robust API Platform

This role will be based in our North Hills, Raleigh, North Carolina HQ and we work in a hybrid model with 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and expansion of our social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing goals.
  • Support our events team with the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to plan, develop, and execute various marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and presentation of new social media campaigns.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
  • Provide input in the planning of marketing strategies and produce marketing materials as needed.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed coursework towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and experience in marketing with a focus on social media platforms and/or event management.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and an applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise guidance through various mediums.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle ambiguous or challenging situations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Incoming Junior or Senior
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience with common business software like CRM tools, Design tools and productivity suites
