We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Anti-Evil team within Safety Enforcement. Anti-Evil is responsible for keeping Reddit a safe and healthy place for all of our users by applying the Reddit rules through content moderation at scale. We partner with a vendor in a multi-site environment to achieve this. As we continue to grow and evolve the types of content moderation work we’re doing, we need a strong team player to join Anti-Evil and directly support building an engaging and impactful learning program to help our enforcement team fight against abuse and other complex moderation issues on our platform.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about and/or have experience in training program design, learning content creation, delivering group or 1:1 training, recorded facilitation, research, data analysis, and vendor partner management.

Reddit is continuing to grow our teams with the best talent. This role is completely remote-friendly. However, to accommodate the distributed nature of the Anti-Evil Ops team and the rest of Reddit’s workforce, candidates in Ireland(Dublin) or the UK(London) are preferred.
