About the Role:
The Lead Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the future of our sales force. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll have the opportunity to work across all sales teams with high visibility from executive leadership. This role offers a global scope, allowing you to own key enablement initiatives and projects from concept to delivery.
What you’ll do as Lead Sales Enablement Specialist:
- Manage all stages of program/curriculum development to meet business objectives and timelines.
- Drive the design, development and implementation of the onboarding process for all roles within the Sales organization.
- Design and implement sales and technical onboarding certification processes for both internal and partner communities that accelerate time to readiness.
- Assist with the development and management of large-scale Enablement programs (e.g. RKO, QBRs).
- Develop expertise of our existing toolsets (Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, etc.) and leverage that expertise in the design, implementation and measurement of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external SMEs on the development of various sales plays and design of supporting collateral.
- Use analytically driven insights to evaluate, validate and optimize programs based on business impact.
What you’ll bring as Lead Sales Enablement Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development within a SaaS environment, ideally cyberseucrity
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact on sales processes
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and best practices (e.g. ValueSelling and MEDDPICC)
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools for design, authoring and video creation
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales content management platforms, LMS’s, and conversation intelligence tools (e.g., SFDC, Highspot, Gong, Outreach).
- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales enablement programs and close learning gaps.
- Understanding of current adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally as required
