Summary

The Strategic Account Consultant role supports Ukrainian clients in the public and private sectors, focusing on technical implementation and customer success. Responsibilities include onboarding and configuring the Recorded Future platform, addressing client intelligence needs, and advancing client security programs. The role involves tight deadlines, senior leadership communication, event representation, and delivering measurable client success.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Engagements & Training (65%)

  • Deploy client projects such as workshops, advanced training, and intelligence requirement development.
  • Master and adapt Recorded Future products for diverse audiences.
  • Manage project tracking via ticketing dashboards and customer management tools.
  • Provide ad hoc technical troubleshooting and continuously improve engagement methodologies.

Relationship Building (15%)

  • Build and maintain relationships with client teams and leadership.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground representative for Recorded Future in Ukraine.
  • Map stakeholder networks and share insights internally.

Material Creation (10%)

  • Create and share resources such as threat updates, intelligence kits, playbooks, and vulnerability reports.
  • Enable rapid deployment of platform features for intelligence-driven security programs.

Event Support (10%)

  • Lead presentations, workshops, and webinars at industry events and user groups.
  • Support company thought leadership efforts.

Additional Contributions

  • Collaborate with data science and product teams to refine platform ontologies and alerting.
  • Offer feedback to improve product modules and integrations.
  • Support third-party integrations (TIPs, SOARs, SIEMs) with foundational troubleshooting.
  • Manage platform users and API keys, ensuring deployment tracking accuracy.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with government or critical national infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong understanding of nation-state and criminal cyber threats.
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder mapping and mission alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required: Fluency in English and Ukrainian; confidence in SaaS security platforms; proactive and inquisitive mindset.
  • Highly Desired:
    • Security experience with threat intelligence or infosec.
    • Client-facing consultative or customer success roles.
    • Strong troubleshooting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Expertise in bridging technical and strategic conversations.
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC, CompTIA, CISSP) or formal qualifications; willingness to travel (up to 30%)
