Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics

We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics to work in our Los Angeles Headquarters. This person will be responsible for driving analytical insights and reporting for the Marketing and Sales teams and have a very visible and important role in the growth of the business.


What You'll Do: 

  • Lead analysis around marketing/growth topics such as LTV, churn and channel attribution modeling
  • Define & refine the key analysis and reporting metrics for Marketing and Sales
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on spend, portfolio mix and performance to drive marketing strategy
  • Understand and measure all stages of the customer lifecycle from awareness to repeat investments
  • Create and maintain evergreen and ad-hoc reports in Tableau for Marketing and Sales
  • Synthesize data into succinct presentations that influence senior management decision making
  • Assist with maintaining a culture of data integrity across the organization

Who You Are: 

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in an analytical function, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics
  • You have a high proficiency with SQL scripting and detailed knowledge of data warehouse and ETL layer
  • You have experience implementing and using data visualization/dashboarding tools to enable data access and fluency across the organization (Tableau is a plus)
  • You have the ability to conceptualize business issues, formulate hypotheses, gather results, analyze data, and make appropriate recommendations for change
  • You have the ability to synthesize complex concepts and analyses in a simple manner
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • You must be detail-oriented, highly accurate and possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in R or Python a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • BS/BA degree in a quantitative field (statistics, applied mathematics, econometrics, computer science.) preferred, but not a must
