We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of CRM to work full-time in our Los Angeles office. This person is responsible for optimizing the customer lifecycle to maximize conversion and LTV. The right candidate will have a strong track record of improving retention and engagement for top-tier businesses through data-driven testing and optimization. This position reports to the VP/Head of Marketing. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Refine the mapping of our customers’ journey across website, email, SMS and sales team engagement
  • Use the data from these touchpoints to further personalize and optimize the users' experience
  • Work closely with data science on customer segmentation, data hygiene and reporting/analysis
  • Constantly A/B test to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to continually test new, on-brand creatives
  • Maintain CAN-SPAM compliance

 

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years managing email campaigns for large databases
  • You have 4+ years online marketing experience
  • You have superior quantitative/analytical skills and a love of data
  • You have a deep knowledge of CRM best practices and email marketing
  • You have extensive experience with CRM tools and ESPs
  • You have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and web analytics tools
  • You have a bachelor's degree – preferably in a quantitative discipline
