Job Description:
The Global Director, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding PriceSpider’s customer base. This position involves leading sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
Essential Function & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Represent PriceSpider at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions.
- Continuously refine sales processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management positions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Experience in selling complex solutions or services to enterprise-level customers.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a complex sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive results.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Location:
We are hiring for this position within the U.S. Candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone will be given preference. This is a remote position.
Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $110,000 - 140,000 USD, plus commission. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
