About the Role…

We're currently working with leading premium publishers across the globe. Your role will be to focus on those we haven't currently formed partnerships across Europe and in particular France and Spain; reaching out and adding value to cold and warm prospects, decision-makers, and initiating partnership conversations. This will involve nurturing prospects, offering valuable insight to different decision-making groups, and supporting our Sales Directors.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Work with the Business Development lead, European Head of Sales and Sales Directors to prioritise target accounts.
  • Collaborate strategically with the wider Marketing team to research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Use language skills to develop tailored outreach messaging and cadences relevant to target territories. 
  • Target key decision-makers to create strongly qualified leads from outbound sales activity.
  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Become an industry and product expert - you’ll be the first person to speak with prospective customers, answer questions, handle objections and get them excited about how Permutive can add value.
  • Hit meeting targets on a monthly basis; logging and managing all your sales activity on Salesforce (we’re firm believers in data!)
  • Prospecting with senior leaders and C-level executives across Operations, Revenue, Advertising Sales and Data.


  • Fluent or Native Spanish and/or French language proficiency
  • A consultative and value-driven approach to sales, where you understand every conversation is different 
  • A motivated self-starter who is able to operate independently
  • A confident communicator, with a knack for asking great questions to uncover customer pain points
  • Commercial acumen with a passion for a career in sales


What we're offering… 

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a candidate who fits our criteria, we'd pay £45,000-£55,000 base depending on experience + £18,000 OTE bonus + options.

Compensating Success

The measure of success in this role is the number of opportunities created by booking New Business Meetings (NBMs) and pipeline with target publishers across Europe. Top tiered publisher opportunities will reward more compensation versus mid-market and inbound opportunities. For example, if you booked 1 top tier, 2 mid-market and 2 inbound opportunities within a month, you can expect to be compensated £1850 for the month which is 123% of the target.
