About the Team 

This is a pivotal time for the marketing team at Permutive. We’re purposefully expanding the team, with the ambitious goal of achieving significant growth and cementing our market-leading position. We are a small but mighty team of believers, and we are serious about evolving our function. To achieve this, we’re looking for individuals with specific expertise, and this is one of the key roles for our evolution.

What you’ll be doing 

  • A proven global integrated marketing programmes leader, with a B2B SaaS background, you’ll be responsible for building and owning a world-class demand creation engine for scale, creating and executing a category-leading strategy at pace, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for creating a segmentation strategy, and complex buyer journey matrix, for all regions and market maturity stages.
  • Build out the relevant engines to enable targeted and relevant persona journeys and deploy end-to-end integrated campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.
  • Work collaboratively on creating winning themes and messaging for all segments and stages
  • Be a key stakeholder in our content strategy, giving clear briefs and supporting iterations.
  • Create an agile full-funnel digital capability including paid, SEO, and Social, and set ambitious targets
  • Partner with Sales to deliver a targeted ABM programme, fit for growth.
  • Share experiments and learnings with the wider business, and rigorously manage budgets and reporting cadences.
  • Make decisions on capacity planning, including effective use of agencies and other resources.
  • Be a key stakeholder in defining our Martech strategy, and the operational processes required to execute.

What you’ll need?

  • Extensive track record of building and optimising integrated marketing campaigns for growth, in multi-geography scale-up environments, and delivering above expectations on all metrics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, gaining buy-in from multiple teams and levels of seniority, including C-suite.
  • A creative, innovative thinker, able to deliver compelling and unique outcomes at pace, set challenging goals and execute successfully.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong presentation pedigree, with executive presence
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-functional capacity
  • Exceptional project management skills, and experience of handling multiple projects, end-to-end
  • Data-obsessed, analytical mindset, focussed on measurable results.
  • A bias for action, and ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous change
  • A competitive spirit, a history of helping teams punch above their weight

What we are offering...

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between £160,000 to £170,000 with a 20-25% performance-based bonus.
