The kind of person we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a smart, curious, empathetic person with product management experience to manage, develop, and execute a roadmap that will deliver best-in-class digital experiences for brands and their customers. If you are someone who likes to talk market strategy on Monday and get into the technical details of a new feature on Wednesday this role is for you. You’ll need strong communication (emphasis on listening and asking key questions) skills which will help you as the evangelist for the product offering.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Increase the market penetration rate for existing products
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Manage the pricing strategy for new and existing products
  • Meet with clients and prospects to gather product requirements
  • Work with the marketing team to position the product in the marketplace
  • Define build vs. buy criteria and maximize value delivered from our vendors
  • Travel 5% domestically


The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • 2+ years with hands-on experience creating road-maps, prioritizing product backlogs, producing detailed requirements and wire-framing UX concepts and workflows
  • Knowledgeable in marketing strategy specifically competitive analysis and pricing models
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to deliver precise, detailed requirements to the engineering team
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or engineering


The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • 4 years of related work experience
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS & SQL
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Restaurant marketing experience
  • Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company
