Here at Paytronix, we provide the right tools, through technology and over 40 POS integrations, to restaurant operators looking to create and enhance their Loyalty, CRM, Order and Delivery and Gift platforms. This role focuses on restaurants that have 1-15 units, and we want candidates who are ready to help these operators compete for customers by utilizing our innovation & best in class technology.

The Field Sales position entails selling the Paytronix Platform, including Paytronix Loyalty & CRM, Gift, Order & Delivery, within the independent restaurant space (1-15 location operators). As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish utilizing modern selling tools and methodologies.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • This role requires a high velocity of outbound prospecting via outbound calls, field prospecting, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Selling Paytronix’s SaaS Platform to independent restaurants
  • Selling to owners of restaurants, marketers, and IT professionals
  • The position requires a self-motivated, hard charging, sales professional
  • Accountable for sales quota and daily metrics which include outbound calls, emails sent, appointments held, and revenue generated

The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • Experience in sales in the technology space or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record of sales velocity and over-quota achievement, or history of success managing restaurants
  • Preferred experience using sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Office 365, and other prospecting tools
  • A tenacious prospector, self-motivated to exceed personal and team goals, enjoys prospecting to build pipeline 3 to 4 times quota
  • A team player willing to grow in the role and progress their career in the company – a desire to climb the “ladder of success”
  • Has excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Excitement around active coaching and mentoring from sales leadership and willingness to provide this to others
