The kind of person we’re looking for:

Someone who would enjoy performing a wide range of general ledger and reporting activities for the company to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.  This individual will balance a strong grasp of technical accounting issues with an ability to explain results to individuals at all levels of the company.  This is a position that will likely grow and expand along with tenure.


The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing standard and specialized financial reports according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other regulatory requirements
  • Preparing supporting reconciliations and schedules for general ledger accounts
  • Preparing entries into accounts and document business transactions
  • Establishing, maintaining, and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Assist in review of customer and vendor accounts to ensure accounts are in good standing
  • Communicating results with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner

The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time unlimited basis
  • Good sense of ethical conduct
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work without a great deal of structure or supervision

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce
