THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A self-directed, confident person who can work without a great deal of structure or supervision. Implementation Technology Consultants are detail oriented, technically minded with great communication and project management skills.

In this role, you are an important first connection with our clients. You are responsible for guiding new clients from the moment they sign to launching on our platform. You will drive client facing projects, support teammates, and consult with groups across Paytronix in a highly collaborative team environment.

THE KIND OF STUFF YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Leading client deployments
  • Translating client marketing requirements into rule-based technical solutions
  • Building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Installing and configuring software for clients based on the client’s program designs
  • Managing and leading multi-month implementation projects
  • Working together in a team environment both internally and externally with client and partner teams
  • Communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone and through email
  • Working with the Paytronix engineering team on feature generation, requirements, voice of the customer and testing
  • Assisting in the recruitment and mentorship of new technology consultants
  • Traveling less than 5% out of the Boston-based office. Traveling less than 10% out of the Denver-based office

THE KIND OF EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
  • 2 years of strong project management experience or Paytronix “Program Lead”
  • Technically minded and detail-oriented background with a passion for problem solving
  • BS or BA degree and/or relevant work experience within the computer and/or IT industry
  • Well-honed verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows administration, IT networking experience, Excel

THE KIND OF EXTRA STUFF THAT WOULD BE NICE:

  • Experience in the restaurant industry and/or with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of software development and testing
  • Account management experience with customers
  • Strong experience with Smartsheets or MS Project applications
