The kind of person we’re looking for:

As a Paytronix Web Programming Support Specialist, you are a critical contributor to nearly every client launch project.   You are responsible for gathering web requirements from the technology consultants or directly from clients.  You will then format the Paytronix web sites for those specific clients.  Additionally, you will work with client teams to assist in creation and refinement of HTML emails and email templates.  As you gain proficiency in the Paytronix technology, you will work with the client teams in other aspects of client support. 

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Perform setup of guest web sites (CSS and images) for Paytronix client web sites
  • Assist team members and clients with email programming
  • Assist team members and clients with creation, modification, and management of Paytronix email templates
  • Train customers on the use of the Paytronix email tools

The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • Specific knowledge of web programming; specifically, HTML and CSS
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive to share knowledge and collaborate with a team
  • Should have some education in a computer related field or prior experience

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Knowledge of email clients and email programming with HTML
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience in the restaurant industry
