What's the role about
We're looking for an experienced QA Leader to join our engineering team and help to maintain and improve the quality of our products. You will be leading implementation of best practices for quality assurance across our b2b and b2c products.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and providing the guidance across QA and test automation teams;
- Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation;
- Providing technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams;
- Setting up and leading QA Automation team;
- Working closely with VP of Engineering to develop and implement best QA practices;
- Ensuring healthiness of the test environment.
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
- 3+ years leading QA teams;
- Proven experience in implementing and improving QA strategies;
- Strong manual and automation technical background ideally in CI environment;
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Solid knowledge of mobile, web and backend platforms.
