We are looking for maternity cover(1 year) to start immediately within our Clearing and Reconciliations team in Belgrade, If you have experience in this area and are seeking a new and exciting challenge then please feel free to apply.
What you’ll be doing
- Accomplishing requests from Paysend support(tickets);
- Creating new partners in 1C system;
- Payments manual cancellation (execution and monitoring);
- Interaction with Paysend partners in order to resolve any transfer issues;
- Raising Jira tasks in order to resolve any work related and technical issues;
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
- English language( intermediate-upper-intermediate);
- Ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Fluency in MS Excel;
- Analytical mindset;
- Attention to detail
Would be great if you also have
- Understanding of SQL
