Your purpose:
The Solutions Architect engages with customers to help them understand how the Paperless Parts solution fits within their workflows and solves for their most important use cases. As a Solutions Architect, you will partner with customers, sales, and the customer success team to create solutions that address customer business problems and increase the adoption of Paperless products. The solutions you will help deliver make Paperless Parts an integral part of the customer workflow and adds significant value to our offering.
Who you are:
You are an empathetic and thoughtful professional who is driven by the success of your customers. You’re a technical problem solver at heart and you enjoy solving tough problems and learning about new technologies to help make your job earlier. Project management and keeping things on the rails is an essential part of this role, and you are skilled at planning and setting expectations. In a similar vein, communication with customers and stakeholders is essential and you are a good communicator, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
If you and Paperless Parts are a great fit, you’ll achieve these outcomes soon after starting:
- Learn the Paperless Parts platform, including how our API and SDK can be used to manage data.
- Blaze a trail with a new industry partner by leading the implementation of an off-the-shelf integration product
- Participate in sales and onboarding calls as the technical expert
- Balance multiple projects, including getting comfortable meeting with customers and knowing how to effectively bring in help from the rest of the team
- Contribute to the design and development of our APIs and SDKs to make future projects more efficient
- Travel to one or more customer sites to better understand how manufacturing shops operate, vaccination required
- As part of the Paperless Parts team, further, the company-wide DEI & social impact initiates
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- 4+ years of experience in integration services delivery
- 2+ years of experience integrating large application platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
- A big picture outlook combined with high attention to technical detail
- Strong business/commercial acumen
- An excellent understanding of what constitutes a good user experience for business users and data analysts
- Experience leading project teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing outsourced resources
- Experience working in an Agile environment
