Our portfolio includes such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health), Simple (a nutrition and wellness app with over 15m downloads), Zing (personal fitness trainer), and more.
The rapid portfolio growth was fueled by the recently raised $100 million Series B round led by VNV Global, and the group’s revenue is currently sustainably growing 50% YoY.
The Role:
We are looking for the Head of Growth Marketing to support user growth and marketing efforts in all our portfolio companies.
It's a hands-on role that will require guiding and advising teams as well as acting as an individual contributor getting your hands dirty.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will have an incredible opportunity to make an impact and work closely with Flo and other portfolio companies.
You can join one of our hubs in London, Warsaw, or Cyprus or work remotely.
Responsibilities:

Act as a champion for UA and Growth, providing expertise to our portfolio startups

Explore, strategize, and execute emerging channel opportunities that we have not yet tested into, supporting our broader goal of channel diversification

Work with our partners (eg Appsflyer, Google, Meta etc) on tailored industry insights and share the latest updates with the companies

Host monthly knowledge sharing forums within the group, develop experimentations library

Create a quarterly overview of the industry landscape, including key trends and market dynamics, competitor activities, new opportunities and potential areas for growth

Evangelize the growth stack, tooling, and attribution within the group
What drives success for this role:

6+ years of user acquisition from strategy to execution in a start-up, in the mobile app space MUST

Hands on UA track record is a must, advisory experience is a bonus

“Growth hacker” mindset

Good knowledge of marketing data stack, tracking, attribution, BU economics is a must
