We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior IFRS Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements under IFRS and coordinate with external auditors, addressing audit queries and ensuring timely audit completion.
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations, establishing and maintaining Group accounting policies.
  • Manager the team of 2 IFRS analytics
  • Lead and manage the Financial Reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of monthly closing in NetSuite
  • Oversee the optimisation of financial processes in NetSuite

What We Are Looking For:

  • ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in managing small teams
  • Demonstrated experience in building and optimising financial reporting processes from the ground up is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of leading audit processes and interacting with external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a plus
