About the Position
The Sales Division provides services aimed at increasing brand footprint through activities aimed at increasing merchants revenue and GMV for Paidy. The Relationship Manager
Develops relationships with existing and potential merchants and partners to increase GMV, revenue, and Paidy’s brand recognition
Creates new revenue streams through negotiations with merchants based on strategic initiatives．
Resolves merchant issues and create opportunities for new proposals
Key Role and Responsibilities
Propose and implement programs and projects to strengthen relationships with key merchants
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for additional areas of synergy between existing merchants and Paidy and to increase revenue
Engage existing merchants to develop a better understanding of their goals and needs and share the information with other departments within the Sales Division
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven experience as a Sales Leader with exposure to Partner Sales
Marketing experience is a plus
Knowledge of Fintech industry standards, technology, and overall business
Native Japanese ability and Business English
Experience in making Sales Presentation and managing internal stakeholders to lead new initiatives
