Together with interaction design and clinical development, the product manager will work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure a streamlined prioritization process valuing positive patient outcomes, innovative technology, and an enabling user experience. Lastly, this individual will need to effectively transition projects to the commercial downstream marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and promotion.

  • Manage console product roadmap release plans considering competitive positioning and pricing.
  • Lead data driven prioritization of product development activities including the creation of business cases, while managing tradeoffs and balancing cross functional team timelines with company goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health systems, sales personnel, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Be the subject matter expert of Outset’s console products and their features both internally and externally.
  • Spend significant time in the field with service and sales personnel, KOLs, customers and at industry conferences to understand market stakeholder needs, ideas, and to stay at the forefront of market dynamics and trends
  • Ensure adherence to Company Quality policy and procedures

Requirements:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
