 Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Commercial Training & Program Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and field service training initiatives, marketing programs and supporting the Chief Medical Officer to help drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This role supports several key functions in the commercial organization across sales, service, medical affairs and marketing and will need to be comfortable managing several priorities at once  

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with commercial team to support flawless training programs for sales and field service  
  • Coordinate and schedule Commercial Sales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events delivering an experience consistent with our brand and culture while hitting budget objectives 
  • Member of the National Service and Sales meeting support team with responsibilities for materials, logistics, registration and onsite support.  
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. 
  • Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and scheduling 
  • Coordinates training documentation and materials prepared by instructors 
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs based on user needs and business requirements 
  • Management of the sales and marketing equipment demo fleet to support commercial activities.  
  • Coordination of commercial team meetings, both onsite and offsite, including meals, room blocks and communications.  
  • Management of purchase orders and invoicing related to training, medical affairs and marketing programs.  
  •  marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content 
  • Work with cross functional teams, including sales, sales training, field service, marketing, marketing communications, medical affairs to ensure alignment between training and marketing efforts 
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales training programs and assigned marketing programs 
  • Approximately 20% of this role will be supporting the Chief Medical Officer in administrative duties including:  
  • Calendar management, coordination of travel and expense reporting.  
  • Managing correspondence of group mailbox and scheduling prescriber meeting requests.  

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly cross functional, customer-centric role and/or executive administration 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • Proficient with expense management software (i.e. Concur) 
  • Proficient creating and administering online surveys (i.e. Microsoft Forms, Survey Monkey) 
  •  
  • Strong Project Management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in fast paced environment

The Annual Salary Range for this role will be:   $80,000-  120,000
