POSITION SUMMARY:

The Physician Recruiter position is responsible for identifying, actively sourcing and hiring dermatologists (MD’s), as well as NP’s and PA’s. This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with other corporate department heads and the executive team to accomplish our recruiting goals.

Recruiting:

  • Significant focus on sourcing new prospective providers
  • Creating and maintaining posts and outreach campaigns to develop a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Interfacing with marketing team to design and create branded recruiting materials and ads
  • Maintaining and managing outstanding communication with provider candidates
  • Performing initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates' suitability
  • Researching and participating in conferences, association meetings, job fairs, and provider recruitment opportunity events
  • Travel to physician residency programs to develop relationships and recruit physicians to join our team
  • Visiting physician practices to manage your understanding of the clinical requirements for recruitment purposes
  • Coordinating onboarding activities with HR personnel

Reporting:

  • Logging all activity in our CRM
  • Attend and present your dashboard/activity on weekly recruiting calls
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to management

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with the ability to highlight success in your previous recruiting role(s)
  • Physician/provider recruitment experience is required
  • Knowledge of online recruiting tools and sourcing applications
  • Tech savvy and proficiency in navigating between multiple systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with candidates
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties
  • Experience with CRM’s is preferred. Willingness to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities
  • Some evening and weekend hours will be necessary for interviews and prospecting
  • Travel is necessary to complete core responsibilities
