Senior Product Designer - CRM

As a Senior Product Designer on CRM, you’ll get to:
Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs new and meaningful ways to interact with guests
Define how our restaurant customers view, use and manage guest data on OpenTable
Identify new product opportunities, and use systems thinking to scale CRM solutions across our platform
Become a specialist in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff.
Work closely with a smart and collaborative team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver experiences that help restaurants provide the best hospitality for their guests.
Your skills and experience
You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing mobile and web experiences and have an outstanding portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:
At least 5 years of product design experience
Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
Experience defining information architecture
Service design experience mapping and simplifying complex workflows
Experience designing for enterprise, or have solved for very complex experiences
Strong product and business thinking
Great visual design skills
Led user interviews and testing of designs
The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes
The ability to distill large amounts of data into digestible insights
Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environment

"The expected base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $172,000. This position is eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: cash bonus, commission-based compensation*; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law."
