We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our Brand Studio, based in London to service our non-US markets (EMEA, AU, CA, MX). 

The right person thrives on figuring out what makes a brand connect with its audiences and is skilled at all aspects of visual design—digital and print. 

Creative and strategic,  the Brand Designer loves working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life across multiple channels. 

They have experience shaping brands, ideally including ones with two-sided marketplaces.

Sitting with the marketing team, and reporting to the Lead Designer for Brand Studio, the Brand Designer will help shape how our brand shows up for our restaurants and our diners—developing extraordinary creative that help us meaningfully connect with our audiences. 

The work they’ll do will reflect their passion and interest in dining and restaurant culture. 

 

ABOUT OUR TEAM

Brand Studio sits within the marketing organization and collaborates closely with all the teams to bring to life OpenTable's defining products and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You have 2+ years of experience working on brand design. You are insights-curious and are a customer advocate. And you have an understanding of how the right visual system can tighten the relationship between a brand and its audience.

  • You have a portfolio featuring examples of brand identity work. We’ll want to see examples of visual identity systems and real world applications, both digital and physical. 

  • You are collaborative and work well with design, marketing, product  teams to scope, shape and deliver projects that propel brands (and business!) forward. 

  • You’re a team player and love working with designers to brainstorm and ideate creative concepts that deliver on our strategic plans. 

  • You’re able to articulate the rationale behind your design choices.

  • You’re passionate about demonstrating the value of brand.

  • You have experience working with B2B and B2C businesses—ideally on the agency side and in-house.

  • You’re comfortable using Figma and Adobe tools (namely Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop).

  • You love food and dining 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Work along your Design Lead and all other members of Brand Studio to help uncover the biggest opportunities for our brand to strengthen the relationship with our audiences

  • Partner closely with your stakeholders to transform opportunities into projects that make a difference 

  • Ideate and execute on design projects that build on our brand guidelines and deliver outstanding results 

  • Contribute to global campaigns and adapt them for each market

  • Codify new solutions into clear and easy-to-follow guidelines that will augment our standards
