About the role:
OLIVER is seeking a Production Designer to join a one-year-old, high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This relatively new global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand.
As a Production Designer, you’ll be an essential member of the in-house agency embedded within the Brand & Advertising team. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Designer to refresh our brand, and use your technical skills to produce on-brand marketing assets. As part of the in-house creative team, you’ll be able to leverage training, peer networking and other resources that will empower you to do your best work.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver of a range of cross-platform design work while adhering to creative/brand guidelines
- Prepare technically correct digital assets or print-ready mechanicals for release
- Ensure strong brand adherence for consistency of creative across touch points
- Manage various templates and keep files organized and up to date within the established system
- Translate existing creative into multiple versions and resolve any artwork questions that arise during production
- Ensure all files meet production specs and assets are delivered with accuracy to partners
- Complete projects within designated timelines in accordance with business objectives
- Interact regularly with Brand and Advertising team, in-house creative partners and other stakeholders for completion of assigned projects.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3-5 years of graphic design production experience in highly professional environment
- Portfolio showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully – quality control is key
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word and PPT)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, customer-centric, open-minded approach to design
- Consistent desire to learn and to adapt to evolving team, market and consumer needs.
- For roles that will be performed in New York City, this is the pay range 90,000-105,000
In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package for our employees.
