About the role:

An Account Supervisor is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients.  As one of the point of contact for OLIVER’s clients, the Account Supervisor will oversee on-site teams and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. Please note that this role is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. While remote is fine initially, the successful candidate will need to be on-site in Charlotte by the end of the year. 

What you will be doing:

  • Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
  • Writing and reviewing creative briefs
  • Leading and mentoring the account team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Liaising with clients at a mid- to senior-level on a day-to-day basis
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • OOP budget management and tracking
  • Leading and mentoring the account team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Support Business Director in building Management information packs to clients, tracking productivity and utilization

 What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5-7 years experience in professional client relationship management 
  • A background in advertising, design or marketing
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management skills
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
  • Experience with finance workflow systems preferred
  • Financial industry experience preferred
