About The Role

 

We are actively seeking a People Operations Associate who will contribute to building a best-in-class employee experience. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, provide support to our employees throughout their career journey with NOCD and assist the People Operations team in various administrative tasks and processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate eager to expand their knowledge in a variety of key People principles, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers through all aspects of the employee lifecycle, across multiple People Operations disciplines
  • Facilitate key people-related processes, including onboarding, leave of absences management, employee data maintenance and benefits administration
  • Execute on a variety of tasks related to employee engagement, career development, performance, rewards, benefits and more
  • Ensure adherence to  standard people operations processes and procedures; suggest improvements to improve effectiveness
  • Navigate complex people-related issues while offering sounds guidance in a thoughtful and timely manner
  • Collaborate and build working relationships with teammates across various functions, including Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Recruiting and Clinical Operations

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of People Operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to act with urgency to manage evolving priorities in a highly organized manner, manage escalations, and navigate through obstacles with support 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and integrity, which you demonstrate when managing confidential and sensitive employee information
  • Solution-focused with a thoughtful approach to finding innovative solutions; eagerness to dive into new issues each day and expand knowledge of People principles
  • Effective communicator who is known for their ability to build trust
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS, Benefits and Performance / Engagement platforms
