What is a Senior Creator Operations Manager?

A Senior Creator Operations Manager at QuickFrame plays a major role in making sure all QF projects are set up for creative success. They have a firm grasp of the nuances of video production and how alignment and creative expectations are imperative for an efficient, on-time, on-budget, and on-brand production. The Senior Creator Operations Manager must understand the needs of the project, and whom from within the QF creator collective would make for a great fit to produce the project. The individual in this role works to assign all QF projects to the appropriate creator, and works closely with Client Success Managers to help answer creative and/or production specific questions related to the project to ensure all expectations are clear.

What You’ll do:

  • Match-make creative projects to the appropriate vetted creators from our curated creator collective
  • Review briefs and make sure all required information is presented in a clear and accurate manner
  • Review creator applications to projects and do due diligence to select the appropriate production partner in an efficient and scalable way
  • Develop real relationships with creators to better help inform the project match-making process
  • Use data and project feedback to inform how creators are matched to projects
  • Help to strategize and develop novel methods that better help to keep our creator collective active and engaged with QF project opportunities
  • Proactively seek out and facilitate methods to make the QF experience better for creators and help inform our platform marketplace product development
  • Use your video production experiences to educate the wider QF team
  • Suggest creative solutions and ideas to enhance the value of QF projects on both the buyer-side and the creator-side of the business

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 years of experience in a creative agency or at a production company/studio working on and managing video projects
  • Understanding of new media digital video production budgets
  • Organized and experience juggling multiple projects at the same time, clear and concise communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership in issues that need problem-solving, you have the mentality of a creative producer
  • Ambitious and positive attitude and desire to disrupt the video production industry for the better
  • You have some experience building something from scratch and/or have some track record of entrepreneurial endeavors
  • You have an interest in, or experience in, technology and particularly creative technology solutions
  • You have your finger on the pulse and a good eye for creative trends in the social and commercial video landscape
