The Customer Success team is at the heart of the company’s mission and impact and works to empower MNTN's new and existing clients to successfully leverage the platform's full potential to drive their most important business outcomes. 

We are seeking an Account Coordinator who will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring unparalleled revenue retention while expertly guiding them through their MNTN customer journey. The Account Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include meticulously maintaining an onboarding pipeline, orchestrating a seamless transition for customers from the initial post of sale through launching on the MNTN platform, and adeptly managing synchronization between customers and internal teams with precision and efficacy. The Account Coordinator will be required to possess an acute understanding of customer health and sentiment, flagging any revenue risks or concerns internally in a solutions-based manner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an Account Director on customers in onboarding and active states to enact strategic account plans, leveraging cross-functional teams and subject matter experts as needed.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Customer Management 
    • Work with the Account Director to establish and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers involving regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Coordinate a smooth customer experience from the point of initial sale through launch on the MNTN platform
    • Guide customers through each stage of their journey with MNTN
    • Continuously monitor and assess the health and sentiment of customers
    • Ensure customers are receiving consistent communication in line with SLAs
  • Revenue Retention 
    • Partner with your Account Director to implement strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining customers and maximizing their lifetime value. 
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for customers in your book of business. 
    • Identify potential risks or threats to revenue retention
    • Communicate risk concerns internally and work collaboratively to develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate them. 
    • Provide unparalleled customer support aligned with customer needs and goals 
  • Collaboration
    • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesion
    • Work closely with the Account Director to execute strategic account plans for customers in your book of business
    • Tap into the expertise and resources of cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to address customer needs and challenges effectively. 
  • Organization 
    • Implement and adhere to best practices for data management, including accurate and consistent recording of customer information, interactions, and outcomes.
    • Effectively track and maintain an onboarding pipeline, ensuring timely progress and resolution of any issues that may arise.
    • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas of concern along the customer journey.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years working with customers on marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, effectively partnering with other MNTN teams including Sales, Support & Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising and CTV landscape & ecosystem.
  • Detail oriented, project management skills and problem-solving mindset.
