At MNTN, we’ve built a culture based on quality, trust, ambition, and accountability – but most importantly, we really enjoy working here. We pride ourselves on our self-service platform, originally coded by our President and CEO, and are constantly seeking to improve the user experience for our customers and scale for efficiency. Our startup spirit powers our growth mindset and supports our teammates as they build the future of ConnectedTV. We’re looking for people who naturally want to do more, own more, and make an impact in their careers – and we’re seeking someone to be part of our next stage of growth.

QuickFrame by MNTN is looking for a CSM, Creative Strategy to join our Customer Success org. The CSM oversees the successful production of video projects, acting as a liaison between brands and our global network of video creators/production teams. The right person for this role is committed to delivering a positive customer experience and will bring creative ideas, best practices and strategies to the table in support of the client’s goals. If you are someone with excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, and you're a self-starter who takes ownership and advocates for clients, then this is a phenomenal role for you.

You will:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your book of business.
  • Support clients through their production journey, ensuring that external production teams are on schedule and delivering against the client’s objectives.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, thoughtful recommendations, and consistent follow-through to understand how completed video assets perform across various channels and platforms.
  • Partner closely with a Customer Growth Manager to ensure the holistic success, retention and growth of your client partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for the client to more fully leverage QuickFrame capabilities, based on a larger video marketing strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing constructive feedback with internal teams, including the Creator Management team, Product, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Proactively communicate account opportunities and risks internally, and successfully track important details for your book of business: revenue forecasting, “at risk” account plans, etc.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management and/or Client Services roles.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising. Direct or Indirect experience working with video production is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in fostering customer accounts. You build trust and rapport with your clients to deepen relationships, while also effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both with internal and external teams. This includes via email, over the phone, and/or in a presentation.
  • Experience and proficiency in high-level data analysis and using data to tell a story in a client-facing manner.
  • A willingness to learn, to take initiative, and to push yourself to be as effective as possible within your role. You are self-driven, enjoying collaboration and coaching rather than someone micro-managing your work.
  • Proficiency in Excel, basic Office tools, and Salesforce, as well as general familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Zendesk, Slack, etc.
  • An interest in the rapidly-growing and evolving AdTech industry, especially in the Connected TV and video advertising space.

MNTN Perks:

  • 100% remote
  • Open-ended vacation policy with an annual vacation allowance
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage
  • 401k plan
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care
  • Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
