This role also keeps the office running smoothly, assists in maintaining workplace security, and supports the team’s productivity by improving office organization.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Welcome and greet visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Manage incoming emails and direct them to the right departments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as handling mail, organizing schedules, and ensuring office operations run smoothly
  • Respond promptly to any unexpected challenges (i.e. water leaks), keeping calm under pressure while following office protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Other tasks that fall under the scope of Office Operations work

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have a positive, approachable personality—this is a customer service role, so we want someone who makes people feel welcome.
  • Have strong multitasking and stress management skills to handle a dynamic work environment.
  • Pay attention to details, have strong time management skills, and your organizational skills are on a high level, to ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Have your student rights for at least one more year
  • Are able to work 4 hours per day (two shifts, 08:00-12:00; 12:00-16:00)
