About the Role:

EliseAI is  looking for an Office Manager to join our New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic candidate who wants to join a fast-growing tech startup. This is a great opportunity to implement best practices and make our office a great environment for both our employees, visitors and candidates.

 

Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Responsible for ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly at our New York office
  • Greet guests in a professional manner and serve as a first point of contact for our candidates, employees and visitors
  • Maintain all office supply inventory including ordering equipment (Laptops, keyboards, etc)
  • Coordinate and help organize office events such as team meetings, birthdays, team activities, and holiday celebrations
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including new hire desk set up and special projects
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating of office cleaning
  • Assist with outgoing mail and incoming deliveries
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to members of the executive and sales teams, including managing calendars, planning and scheduling internal and external meetings, handling travel arrangements
  • Book accommodations for visiting candidates and employees using our preferred partners and establishing corporate rates with hotels in the area

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative support position or work in a relevant field (e.g. administration, communications, assistant, receptionist)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, be personable, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Able to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders
  • You have a strong sense for organization are are detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and work independently
  • Tech Savvy - able to learn new systems quickly
  • Proactive team player and self-starter, must be willing to collaborate with others

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - 80,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
