Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reports to: Talent Director
Here at M Booth we’re not your typical agency. We believe in culture first, business second. We’re continuing to grow and expand our US footprint, and thus looking to add another member to our HR & Talent Team. Ideally, we’re seeking someone who loves the thrill of the chase. Being able to identify talent excites you because you want to help the business succeed with hiring the best talent possible for the role. You love making lists, and consequently, love crossing things off those said lists. You enjoy getting to know people and being the quintessential matchmaker between candidate and opening.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment for entry and junior level talent which includes, but isn’t limited to Account Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Designers, Assistant Digital Strategists, Assistant Account Executives, and Account Executives.
Manage direct sourcing, industry networking, internet/social media recruiting, and employee referrals.
Attend all local and regional career fairs which fosters M Booth brand awareness
Manage and conduct the administrative aspects of recruitment which include, but aren’t limited to: scheduling, sourcing, screening, and reference/background checks.
Demonstrated ability to establish oneself as a strategic, outgoing partner and build highly effective relationships with mid-level leaders within the organization.
Must exhibit poise with strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various professional levels
Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment and on boarding process.
Ability to the jack-of-all-trades and understand that candidate experience must come first
2 + years of progressive recruiting experience recruiting. Agency recruiting experience is preferred
