The ever-growing Consumer team has an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive to help with several well-known beauty brands on our Beiersdorf business.

This is an excellent opportunity for communications professionals who want to be part of a fun loving team that encourages critical thinking as much as creativity (aka the best of both worlds!). We’re looking for someone who has 4+ years’ PR and influencer experience, and that will bring energy, excitement and passion to the position.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be helping to manage and execute key PR and influencer initiatives for Beiersdorf brands, maker of Aquaphor, NIVEA, NIVEA MEN, Coppertone, and Eucerin. This role will give a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility at the agency. You’ll project manage integrated programs (aka working with other media, shopper, social agency leads to ensure PR and influencer syncs up); inspire junior staffers; and, most importantly, work with a very talented, very collaborative, and inspiring team that will have your back no matter what.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent client service and account management
  • Support in developing and lead in executing strategic PR and influencer plans
  • Cultivating and maintaining significant media and industry contacts
  • Serving as client point person on assigned accounts/projects
  • Overseeing client events and launches (both from a PR & influencer perspective)
  • Juggling multiple projects and deadlines, managing budgets and timetables
  • Supervising juniors on projects you’re leading with opportunity to manage interns 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years’ demonstrated experience, with some agency experience
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
  • Understanding and experience with both PR and influencer programming, working as part of an integrated agency team (IAT) a plus
  • Reliable industry relationships (media, influencers etc.)
  • Experience building client relationships and client comms
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
  • Creative, strategic thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Advanced writing, editing, and research ability

Nice to Have:

  • Experience and/or passion for beauty/CPG brands, specifically skincare
  • Experience working with dermatologists / dermatology brands
  • In touch with cultural and industry trends
