The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for maintaining all payable and receivable records. 


Responsibilities include (but not limited to the following): 

AP: 

- Maintaining records of expenditures (credit cards)
- Responding and logging vendor invoices
- Ensuring payments are made in accordance with company policy
- Resolve payment disputes on behalf of the company

AR:

- Prepare customer invoices
- Coordinate with bookkeeper on posting to account
- Prepare reports on delinquent accounts
- Analyze financial reports

Operations:

- Audit all production budgets
- Oversee credit card logs

 Qualifications:

 - Deep interest in finance – aspiring comptroller
- Interested in advertising, production, or the creative space
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in business or finance (or related)
- Young at heart
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
